Support & Privacy
SnoreNudge listens while you sleep and, when it hears snoring, sends a gentle nudge to your Apple Watch to encourage you to shift position โ without jolting you awake. This page covers how to get help and how your data is handled.
Make sure your iPhone and Apple Watch are paired and both have SnoreNudge installed. Start a session (from the phone or the watch), keep the watch on your wrist, and allow the requested permissions on first launch. In the Simulator and on very old watchOS versions the nudge may not fire โ use a current, paired Apple Watch.
Open Settings and raise the Sensitivity to Medium or High. Note the grace period (default 10 minutes) intentionally delays the first nudge so you can fall asleep. Place your iPhone on the nightstand near your head, and watch the live "Signal" indicator while you snore.
No. All sound is analyzed entirely on your device in real time. Audio is never recorded, saved, or uploaded. See the Privacy section below.
In Settings you can adjust sensitivity, the grace period, the cooldown between nudges, and whether nudges escalate if snoring continues.
Listening all night and keeping the watch awake uses battery. We recommend charging both your iPhone and Apple Watch overnight while using SnoreNudge.
SnoreNudge is built to keep your data on your device.
